CHECK YOUR PHONE MODEL
Follow these steps to confirm your iPhone model:
Navigate to SETTINGS / GENERAL / ABOUT / MODEL NAME.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped from our Cape Town office. We offer free standard shipping on orders over R749.
Orders are typically processed and sent within 2 business days. During peak periods, order processing times may be longer than usual.
Standard Shipping - R65
- Cape Town: 1-2 business days
- National: 2-4 business days
- Outlying: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping - R100
Orders received by 12:00 ship the same day.
- Cape Town: 1 business day
- National: 1-2 business days
- Outlying: 2-3 business days
Please note: Couriers deliver on business days only (excluding public holidays). Express orders placed after 12:00 on Thursdays or Fridays are typically delivered on Monday.
Shipping times are guidelines only and bar delays whilst in transit.
TRACKING
Tracking details are sent via email once your order has shipped.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If you experience a delivery issue, please check the status of your tracking email.

EXCHANGES
To arrange an exchange, please email us at hello@caselab.co.za.
You're welcome to exchange items in person at our Constantia office. For courier exchanges, a return and re-delivery fee applies.
Please note: Replacement or exchange requests after 6 months from the date of purchase may incur courier fees and are handled at our discretion.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
To return an item, please email us at hello@caselab.co.za and provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Items must be unworn or unused and in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all refunds, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on items damaged through wear and tear.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item is faulty or damaged, please email us at hello@caselab.co.za and include your order number and a clear photo.
We'll replace any item found to have a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase.
Replacements after this period may incur courier fees and are handled case-by-case at our discretion.
Please note: We are not liable for damage caused by wear and tear or improper use.
INCORRECT ORDER
If you've received the wrong item, please email us at hello@caselab.co.za.
We'll arrange collection and send the correct item immediately.
CARE
Clean your case with a mild detergent and water.
Avoid contact with dyed items (e.g. dark jeans, leather bags) and chemicals as colour transfer or discolouration may occur.
Excessive exposure to light, heat, and certain chemicals may cause transparent phone cases to discolour - this is not a stain, but rather the natural degradation of the phone case material.
GIFT CARDS
Purchase a digital CASE LAB Gift Card and let the recipient choose for themselves.
Digital gift cards are available in R200, R500, R600 and R1,000 denominations. They're emailed directly to you or your recipient and never expire.
Gift Cards are redeemable at www.caselab.co.za.
